Marfa ISD was placed on a temporary "shelter in place" status from 1:30pm to 1:45pm.
MISD administrators and SRO conducted a sweep of MISD, including surrounding areas and gave the "all clear status" upon inspection of all campuses.
As always, we appreciate everyone's cooperation.

Shorthorn Success Day pick-up for elementary students will be on the west side of the school today. We are unable to use the cafeteria because of the Veterans Day lunch. Students will be provided a to go sack lunch.
