Marfa Shorthorns First Day of School 24-25 with pep-rally introductions of our AWESOME teachers. I went over attendance, absences, truancy, bullying, dress code, discipline matrix, electronic devices & tech., lunch deliveries, senior lunch approval, and searches. #Transparency
We wrapped up PD week last week by training our teachers and staff in FUNDAMENTAL 5: The Formula for Quality Instruction. This year is full of positive changes as we are raising the rigor for instruction. Together, WE are Going for the Gold! #ClosingtheAchievementGap
Late post. After a full week of PD, we received a treat from Pena's Cool Shavings on Friday. Thank you so much for your support. Your cool shavings were a treat for our teachers and staff. Thank you!

It was a beautiful evening to host "Meet the Shorthorns". Thank you Marfa parents & community for coming out and supporting our students. Thank you to the Athletic Parent Committee for providing hotdogs, chips and tea. We can't wait for the games to begin!
